While Xiaomi has still yet to officially declare the launch date of the Mi A2, a report from MySmartPrice has stated July 25 as the launch date of the device set to debut in Spain. To some extent, Xiaomi has teased a global launch event presumed to be of the Mi A2, while there are still no dates on when that will happen. Interestingly, most of the leaks surrounding the phone have happened in Europe which is another pointer that the launch will happen in Spain.
Furthermore, the same portal has also leaked the variants and colours of the handset. Xiaomi’s second highly-anticipated Android One phone will be available in Gold, Blue, and Black hues, if this leak is correct. Four combinations of storage and RAM are reported today – a 4GB variant with options of 32GB/64BGB/128GB of storage and a top-end 6GB variant with 128GB of storage.
As for other specs of the handset, the less said the better. We’ve been writing in numerous past leaks that the Mi A2 will be none other than Xiaommi’s Mi 6X in disguise. The only change will be in software as the A2 will run pure Android.
