On June 29, OPPO held a new product launch conference in Beijing 798 to launch a new generation of the flagship smartphone, the OPPO Find X. it’s the next phone of OPPO’s Find series after two years of pause. Many think the most attractive part of this handset is the full-screen. But actually, it is the dual-track structure. Only due to this technology, the screen ratio reached 93.8%.
As a flagship phone, the OPPO Find X uses today’s most advanced hardware. It is packed with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor running at up to 2.8GHz. In terms of photographing, there is a front camera of 25MP and a rear dual-camera of 20MP + 16MP configuration. All lenses use a f/2.0 large aperture. The phone also comes with a 6.42-inch AMOLED screen with a color gamut of 97% NTSC and a brightness of 430 nits.
The OPPO Find X Super Flash and the Find X Lamborghini versions are equipped with a SuperVOOC super flash charging technology. The maximum charging power is close to 50W, and it takes only 35 minutes to fully charge the phone. The Find X is currently the only Android phone that uses a 3D structured light technology to support face unlocking. By the way, once the Xiaomi Mi 8 Explorer Edition went on sale, it will lose its uniqueness.
As we said, the most eye-catching feature in Find X is the dual-track predatory structure, which hides the front and rear camera and 3D structured light components in the fuselage, achieving an unprecedented 93.8% super high screen ratio.
Find X has been on sale starting July 13. The standard version (8GB+128GB, VOOC flash charge) is priced at 4,999 yuan ($745), the high version (8GB+256GB, SuperVOOC super flash charge) is priced at 5,999 yuan ($894), and the Lamborghini version (custom appearance, custom accessories, 8GB + 256GB, SuperVOOC super flash charge) is priced at 9999 yuan ($1489).
All these features make the OPPO Find X become a phone of future. But it also makes many owners use it to make astonishing photos. And we are not talking about its own camera features.
