From our last week poll, our readers clearly have a thing or two against the newly released iPhone series and 83% voted against buying it because it is overpriced. However, 17% will purchase at least one smartphone from the series if they have the means.
Today, we are looking at the appearance of our phones in term of colour. Some years ago when featured phones were preponderant, we had popular colours like grey (different shades) and black. However, with the advent of Android/iOS phones, the use of black colour turned into a tradition, especially for Android manufacturers.
The quest for a unique appearance of smartphones have infused other colours into the market and late last year, every OEM wanted to release a Red device – a trend that didn’t continue this year as expected. Now, we have colours like white (different shades), gold (all types), blue, and even pink options in the lineup. Not forgetting the twilight gradient which was recently used by Huawei P20 Pro and Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite came with twilight gold.
So, what’s your preferred smartphone colour option? When you choose to replace your current smartphone, which colour will you fancy?. Let us know by casting your vote in the poll below.
