Apparently, the feature phone segment is giving some nice results for HMD Global, and due to the fast growth in emerging markets the company is studying ways to expand its portfolio of devices. According to the Finnish maker, there is a huge demand for devices of this kind, and they will take advantage of this.

The Nokia 8110, known as “Banana Phone”, could see a sucessor pretty soon. Still there’s a long way from planning a device and actually releasing it, so let’s not take any conclusion for now. But who wouldn’t think that Nokia feature phones would still rock in 2018?
