Back in October, Nubia a ZTE’s associated company, unveiled its first dual-screen smartphone, the Nubia X. While the device is fast walking to complete two months of existence, it’s still a rare piece of hardware since just a few flash-sales have been carried out.
Thanks to the known leakster, IceUniverse, a new video shared on Twitter shows the smartphone rear OLED display in action, and it simply looks amazing.
Don’t ever buy anything from ZTE/Nubia. They lied about upgrading the Axon 7 to Oero and bricked peoples phones.
What has Nubia got to do with a ZTE phone?
Nubia has been a completely independent company for quite a long time now. Try doing some homework before posting nonsense like this.
What you mean independent ? ZTE still has 49,9% of Nubia stock
So try doing some homework before posting nonsense like this
Which means that Nubia is a completely separate company from ZTE now that ZTE no longer own a majority stake.
ZTE are no longer a parent company and Nubia are no longer a subsidiary, they are both now independent companies in there own right.
ZTE no longer have any obligations to report on Nubia’s finances, they will only show the shares of Nubia as an asset, the same as they would for any other company they held a minority share in.
As a large, but minority shareholder, I’m sure ZTE will have one or more of their directors as a non executive director on Nubia’s board of directors, as will Suning Holdings and Suning Commerce, the other main shareholders.
So, when I mean independent, I mean they are completely separate, independent legal entities. Each with their own staff, their own factories, their own headquarters. Each responsible for developing their own phones, with their own software department responsible for creating and maintaining their own Android based OS
As you can see. I had done my homework. You try doing yours properly before posting your own nonsense.
Seems you read something about stock exchange and you think you ate all wisdom of the world 🙂 ZTE is recognised for espionage on behalf of chinese government. Hint: you should know about privileged voices of the board in this “independent” company . Nobody is independent in China. THINK instead of reading only and pretending forum guru.
