Xiaomi Mi LED TV models get price slash in India

Back in November, Xiaomi India jacked up the prices of its Mi LED TV due to the depreciation of the country’s Rupee and followed subsequently by the slash in the rates of the company’s smartphones in the country.

That is an indication that the Rupee appears to be gaining back its lost value, and now, the company has again slashed down the prices of the rates of some of its TVs, including the Mi LED TV 4C Pro 32″  and Mi LED TV 4A Pro 49″ that received a price hike couple of months back.

The company attributes the current price slash on the 32-inch Mi models to the recent reduction of GST by the government on TVs up to 32 inches from 28% to 18%, while price cut on Mi LED TV 4A PRO 49″  is due to recent dollar moderation.
