Samsung is slowly releasing Android Pie updates for some of its mid-range smartphones in recent months. So far, four devices in total were contemplated by the latest flavor of Google OS, and now a fifth device was added to the count – The Galaxy A6+ (2018).

Just like the Galaxy A9 (2018) this first initial batch of Pie update for the A6+ (2018) is limited to devices inside Poland. However, according to the rollout schedule shared by Samsung, this handset is slated to receive Pie in April, so we can expect that more markets will receive the next of version of Android pretty soon.

The latest Android Pie for Samsung Galaxy A6+ (2018) is rolling out via OTA carrying A605FNXXU3BSC6 version number. The update weighs more than 1.2GB in size, and, unlike other Samsung smartphones that got February security patch with Pie, this one comes with a patch that’s dated March, which is, obviously, much better and reliable.

The update should reach all eligible devices in Poland during the next few days, other markets should follow as well in the first days of April.
