The night mode on the front camera comes through a small update on both models of the P30 series. After installing this new version, we will only have to go to the camera app, press the button that changes to the front lens and select the night mode. This option is perfect for night selfies since it automatically modifies the ISO to get the best images. Unfortunately, it is likely to take a few weeks before it will be available for everyone.

How to update the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro to the latest version

In addition to the night mode in the selfies, the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro receive the August security patch. Which corrects different vulnerabilities in the system and the interface. Version 9.1.0.193 has been released in China and will be available in other markets in the coming weeks. If you have activated the automatic update option, it will appear automatically. Otherwise, you should go to Settings> System> Software update> Check for updates. Although it is a small version, it is advisable to make a backup of your data. Also, keep in mind that some internal storage of the system will be necessary. As well as having an autonomy of at least 50 percent to apply the download and installation.
