Huawei Router A2 with NFC officially goes on sale, retails for CNY399 (~$57)

After announcing the Huawei Router A2 a few days ago, the Chinese Behemoth is finally opening sales for the referred device. According to the company’s official, Router A is the first router with NFC One-Touch support. The device is quite a bargain going up for sale for just CNY399 (~$57). It represents one of Huawei’s first steps to bring a strong portfolio of smart home products.

Huawei Router A boasts a diameter of 104mm, a height of 210mm and weighs in at 580g. Moreover, it has a computing power of 12880DMIPS and is equipped with 256MB of RAM. In terms of configuration, the Router A2 boasts a Lingxiao Quad-Core Processor, the main frequency of 1.4GHz, Three Lingxiao Wi-Fi chips, and six independent signal amplifiers.

Router A supports mobile game acceleration, online acceleration, and IoT (Internet-of-Things) exclusive channels. Furthermore, it supports three frequency bands – 2.4GHz, 5GHz low-frequency band, and 5GHz high-frequency band. The router comes with tri-band integration and always connects to the better frequency band. It allows users to allocate 5GHz equipment to two 5GHZ frequency bands to achieve load balancing.

In addition, this router supports one-click networking, Internet protection, safe smart device function, control network feature, router clone, and more. As we mentioned before, the router cost retails for just $57 and is available in Huawei’s website and some 3rd-party retailers.
