Chinese manufacturing giant, Huawei, has recently released the EMUI 10.0.0.225 system update for Huawei Mate 30 series. This beta update comes with improvements in the image editing menu. However, the same update also brings improvements to the clock, flashlight, and emergency call feature.

For the Mate 30 series, this update weighs 562MB and it is available for installing
- Use the voice assistant to quickly create, manage alarms, delay ringing, and free up your hands as much as possible.
- Adds notification of flashlight on the status on the lock screen to remind you that the flashlight is on, and at the same time, it is convenient for you to turn it off with one click.
- Optimize the hierarchical management of picture editing menus, display richer editing menus, and make picture editing more efficient.
- After turning on the switch (Settings> Security> SOS emergency help), press the power button five times in any case to enter the SOS emergency help interface. You can automatically dial the emergency contact number and send a help message at the same time.
Huawei Mate 30 uses a 6.62-inch OLED full screen while the Pro model uses a 6.53-inch OLED ring screen. They both come with a Kirin 990 processor. The Mate 30 has a built-in 4200mAh large battery. However, the Mate 30 Pro even increases the battery capacity to 4500mAh. The battery supports 40W wired super Fast charge and 27W wireless super fast charge.
In terms of cameras, Huawei Mate 30 uses an ultra-sensitive Leica triple rear cameras. The configuration includes a 16MP ultra-wide-angle camera, 40MP wide-angle super-sensing main camera, and an 8MP telephoto camera. For the Mate 30 Pro, it uses an ultra-sensitive Leica quad-rear camera setup. The configuration is a dual 40MP main camera (ultra-sensitive camera + movie camera), an 8MP telephoto camera, and 3D deep-sensing camera.
