These are the top 10 most powerful smartphones for March 2020

Oppo Find X2 Pro

While many people consider AnTuTu’s list of the most powerful smartphones as “useless”, this ranking gives a sense of the relative performance of each device. In practical terms, a “powerful smartphone” really depends on the need of the user. However, let us look at  AnTuTu’s best performing flagship smartphones for March 2020.

According to the latest ranking, the Oppo Find X2 Pro is the best performing phone with a score of 606,389. It topples Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro 5G which led this list last month scoring 598,572. Both smartphones come with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and over 256GB storage. The Find X2 Pro uses a 256GB UFS 3.0 storage while the Mi 10 Pro 5G comes with a 512 GB native storage.

In the third position is another Oppo Phone, Find X2 which scores 590,253. The fourth, fifth and sixth positions go to Redmi K30 Pro (589,607), iQOO (588,305) and Black Shark 3 Pro (588,125). In the seventh position is the Realme X50 Pro with a score of 588,055 while Vivo first device on the list, Vivo NEX 3S 5G comes in the eighth spot with a score of 586,577. Xiaomi claims the remaining two slots with Xiaomi Mi 10 in ninth and BlackShark 3 in tenth positions. These smartphones score 579,550 and 570,723 respectively.

There are some notable absentees from this list. The likes of Nubia Red Magic 5G and Huawei P40 series. The explanation for Nubia’s absence is that the benchmarking platform spotted some irregularities in its memory test. As for the Kirin 990 5G Huawei P40 series, they are too young to make the March list. These smartphones will most-likely make the April ranking.

Furthermore, it is no surprise that all the devices on this list come with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 865 mobile platform and LPDDR5 RAM. In fact, all these smartphones also come with the UFS 3.0 storage except iQOO 3 and Vivo NEX 3S 5G. What do you think about AnTuTu’s list of the most powerful smartphones for March 2020?
