Recently, Honor V40 was found in the GameBench gaming benchmark database. This made it possible to find out that the new product will be based on the Dimensity 1000+ SoC with the Mali-G77 MC9 video accelerator. At the moment, it is the most advanced MediaTek chip, which also offers 5G support.
According to preliminary information, the Honor V40 will be equipped with a curved 6.72-inch FullHD + display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 300 Hz sensor response rate and a quad rear camera. The smartphone is credited with supporting 66W fast wired charging and 44W wireless power.
In addition to the Honor V40, the company is expected to present the Honor V40 Pro based on the Exynos 1080 chip and the Honor V40 Pro + with Snapdragon 888. And there will also be a variant called Honor V40 Commemorative Edition, which is based on the Kirin 9000 chipset.
