Samsung officially released the Galaxy S21 series flagship models yesterday. In most markets, these smartphones will not come with power adapters and AKG headsets. In some markets, only the Galaxy S21 comes with a charger in-the-box. Samsung will formally hold a press conference in China on January 18. At this conference, the company will announce the prices of these devices in China.
Today, some netizens asked Samsung customer service about the in-box charger for the Galaxy S21 series. The customer service confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy S21 will have a charger in the box. However, whether or not the Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21 Ultra will have a charger in the box will be announced at the conference.
It appears that Samsung still has not unified standards for Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21 Ultra. It is still trying to decide whether to cancel the charger. Recall that Samsung Galaxy S21 series models were re-certified by the Chinese 3C on January 8 this year. While the Galaxy S21 did not change, the travel chargers for Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21 Ultra have changed from the default equipment to optional.
In addition, the Hong Kong version of the Samsung Galaxy S21 series has announced the price and other information, confirming that the basic version of the Galaxy S21 still comes with a charger, but the Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21 Ultra are no longer gifted with a charger.
