Xiaomi zoom bracket selfie stick to start crowdfunding for 79 yuan ($12)

Chinese manufacturing giant, Xiaomi, has a very long ecological chain that is doing quite well. The company has a long list of products and it is still creating more. Many people know Xiaomi as a smartphone company. However, this company produces much more than just smartphones. Today, Xiaomi officially revealed on the Xiaomi Mall that it has a new selfie stick. The Xiaomi Zoom bracket selfie stick is now online.

This device supports a whole lot of top-notch features. First off, with this selfie stick, users can easily zoom in and out when taking images. Also, the Xiaomi Zoom bracket selfie stick supports switching between front and rear cameras. Users will also be able to get remote zoom shooting and free framing.

Presently, the Xiaomi Zoom Bracket Selfie Stick will start crowdfunding in two days’ time. The crowdfunding will be on Xiaomi Mall and Xiaomi Home at 10 am on March 24. The crowdfunding price is 79 yuan ($12) and it comes with free shipping.

Gizchina News of the week

The unfolding handle of the self-timer lever of the Xiaomi zoom bracket can be changed into a tripod in seconds, and the front and rear cameras can be remotely switched with one button. It supports 0.1x high-precision remote control zoom, and one-handed operation is stress-free.

Presently, Xiaomi has a tripod-type selfie stick which is currently on sale. However, this device does not support remote zoom, and the price is 69 yuan ($11). Of course, the new version is an upgrade of the previous generation. This is exactly why the new version is a bit more expensive than the older generation.

Xiaomi is quite good with crowdfunding, especially with its third-party products. This system of raising funds has helped Xiaomi in the past. However, it is important to note that the crowdfunding price of its devices is usually cheaper than the outright sales price. After the crowdfunding period, users will have to pay for this device.

Unfortunately, it appears that only users in China will be able to partake in this crowdfunding. If you are not in China and you need this device, you will have to use a contact in China. As of now, the full details of the workability of this device are not available. However, we expect this device to support more features that the company has revealed.
