Samsung appears to be working on a Lite tablet dubbed Galaxy Tab A7 Lite under the Galaxy A series. As the name suggests, it is going to be a toned-down version of the 2020 budget Tab A7. After a couple of small leaks, we now have some solid information about the Tab A7 Lite with us. We’re looking at the render images along with their features and specifications.

Galaxy Tab A7 Lite render images reveals the design!

Just like with most Samsung leaks, this one too comes from the notable leakster Evan Blass (@evleaks). As per the renders, we’re looking at a single camera sensor on the rear along with a metal frame. If the render is to go by, the tablet appears to be of solid build quality but of course, the expectations should be at par with the budget. On the front, we’re looking at a large display with the expected amount of bezels.

Coming to the specifications, the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite is equipped with an 8.4-inch IPS LCD screen. Under the hood, the tablet runs on a MediaTek Helio P22T chipset paired with 3GB RAM. We should see few variants on the basis of built-in storage as well. The device will receive its power from a 5,100mAh battery with the support of 15W fast charging and a USB Type-C port.

In the past, the device has also made its way to Bluetooth SIG listing revealing that it would feature Bluetooth 5.0. We might also see stereo speakers support as well.

Launch seems imminent!

Considering the tablet is getting more and more attention, it looks like we might be inching closer to the official launch. But there are still few more certifications that the tablet will make its round before going for an official unveiling. We should expect to see more information in the coming weeks or months.

According to few reports, Samsung will launch Galaxy Tab S7 Lite alongside the A7 Lite. Again, the Tab S7 Lite has also been leaked a couple of times in the past. The S7 Lite will arrive with a larger 12.4-inch IPS LCD display running on Snapdragon 750G paired with 4GB of RAM. We might also see a 5G configuration as well.
