Huawei officially unveiled the HarmonyOS 2 yesterday. Since the official launch of this system, there have been a couple of reports regarding this system. This system is one for the future and gives manufacturers one more option. In addition, the new operating system already has over 40 mainstream brands and 300 partners in its ecosystem. Huawei claims that this new system is for the IoT era and it combines multiple devices as one. Furthermore, the company also announced its HarmonyOS 2 “first 100” release plan. Huawei will also gradually push this update to smartphones, tablets, smart screens, and other smart terminal devices. By the first half of next year, its schedule shows that 100 devices must have gotten the HarmonyOS 2 update.
Furthermore, the first batch of devices will start getting the update from June 2 (yesterday). However, devices that date back to 2016 will also get this update. For Huawei users, this is surely good news. This is also a reflection of the fact that Huawei wants ALL its devices to run on HarmonyOS. However, here is the full list of the first 100 devices that will get this update from now to the first half of 2022.
