Samsung Galaxy S22 can be operated with one hand

Samsung will start mass production of Galaxy S22 series flagships around November this year. This series includes the Samsung Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 Plus, and Galaxy S22 Ultra. Over the past few weeks, there have been several reports regarding this series. Now, more details of the Samsung Galaxy S22 are now available. According to the latest report, the screen size of the Galaxy S22 is only 6.06 inches. This means that its display is slightly smaller than the Galaxy S21 screen. This means that the Samsung Galaxy S22 will be more suitable for one-handed operation.

Not only that, the Samsung Galaxy S22 is a flagship phone with four sides of equal width, and the frame is ultra-narrow. Furthermore, the front visual effect is much better than the previous Galaxy S21. It is worth noting that the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S21 are both straight screens smartphones. However, the top version, Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra may have a curved screen.

As usual, the Galaxy S22 will have dual versions – Snapdragon and Exynos. The Snapdragon version will use Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 while the Exynos version will use Samsung Exynos 2200 SoC. The latter integrates AMD GPU with powerful performance. This flagship is expected to debut in early 2022 and is one of the first Snapdragon 898 flagship phones.

Samsung Galaxy S22 with Exynos 2200 appears on GeekBench

The GeekBench listing shows that this device uses an Exynos 2200 flagship processor. The single-core score of this chip is 1073 points while the multi-core score is 3389 points. This score completely beats the current Qualcomm flagship, Sanspdragon 888+. However, this is only an engineering model. The implication of this is that the final result could be higher or lower than this result.

From the rumors and speculations so far, Exynos 2200 will use a new generation three-cluster architecture. The design has a 2.59Ghz Cortex-X2 super core, three 2.5GHz Cortex-A78 large cores, and four 1.73GHz Cortex-A55 small cores. However, the mass production version may see have a super-large core with a higher frequency.

It is worth noting that the running score information also shows that the GPU recognizes the driver as AMD. This is one of the most exciting parts of this upcoming flagship processor. This will significantly increase the graphics performance of devices with this chip. In fact, this inclusion will not just improve the graphics, it will improve the overall performance of the Exynos 2200 relative to the previous generation. There will be more information before the official launch of this device.
