Realme GT Neo2 Likely to Launch in India on October 13, As Per Tipster

Realme recently launched the GT Neo2 in China and it seems that the smartphone maker is getting ready to bring this device to other markets.

Current reports suggest that the device is coming to markets like Europe and India, but Realme is yet to hint at a potential launch date. Today, it seems we can guess when the device is launching.

As per a tweet by Indian leakster Abhishek Yadav, the company’s GT Neo2 is coming to India onĀ  Wednesday, a week from now, on October 13.

For those curious, the Realme GT Neo2 makes use of aĀ  6.62-inch FHD+ AMOLED display complete with a punch hole notch to theĀ  top left with a 16MP front shooter within.

Performance-wise, the device draws power from Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 870 SoC with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. A 5000 mAh battery helps the device run longer than certain flagships.

Optics are worth noting too, with a triple-rear camera stack sporting a 64MP primary sensor coupled with an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a third 2MP macro shooter.

Connectivity options include NFC, Bluetooth 5.0 and a USB Type-C port for charging. The battery can be topped via a 65W fast charger. The Realme GT Neo2 will boot Android 11 out of the box and will be available in three hues, namely Neo Green, Neo Blue and Neo Black.

In other Realme news,Ā according to RealmeTimes, in collaboration with popular tipster Gadgetsdata, the company is gearing up to launch the Realme Brick Bluetooth Speaker in the country. Hereā€™s everything we know about this upcoming bluetooth speaker.

The publication reveals a few images of the Realme Brick Bluetooth Speaker, with the images and the naming clearly hinting at a boxy-brick like shape. The speaker will come with a Dynamic Driver, which also comes with extra bass radiators to allow for deeper bass.

The speaker has a sound output of 20W and will come with support for stereo pairing. Realme will also pack in three equalizer settings for the speaker, with Bass, Dynamic and Bright being the possible settings. The images on offer reveal three buttons to the top, which are likely for power and volume related controls.

In addition to all of this, the Brick Bluetooth Speaker will supposedly come with an IPX5 rating for water resistance, protecting the speaker from accidental splashes.
