On October 28th, Redmi will officially unveil its latest flagship smartphone series, Redmi Note 11 series. Over the past few days, there has been numerous official information regarding this device. We have official information on the display, and design of these smartphones. Today, the company and its executive have been revealing other salient features on the Redmi Note 11 series. Earlier, there were reports that this series will retain the 3.5mm headphone jack. Now, Redmi general manager, Lu Weibing has announced that this device will come with X-axis linear motors as standard. The use of X-axis linear motors in smartphones is becoming popular

According to Lu Weibing, the X-axis linear motor has the following advantages:

  • Strong vibration, typing, mechanical keyboard-like tactile feedback
  • The response is fast, the vibration response is crisper, and the hand feels more delicate
  • Many dimensions, different operations, and differentiated tactile feedback

Furthermore, Redmi also officially confirmed that the Redmi Note 11 series will support a multi-function NFC, Wi-Fi 6 wireless network, and Bluetooth 5.2. This device will use the latest low latency Bluetooth and this is a huge upgrade. Lu Weibing believes that these features are easily ignored by users and manufacturers no longer pay attention to them. However, the Redmi Note 11 will pay attention to these details.

He believes that the latest Redmi Note series will be a good friend of users. He further promises users to give what the market wants and change whatever users don’t like. Redmi claims that it will be responsive to users at all times.

Redmi Note 11 series is quite attractive

There is already information that the Redmi Note 11 series will come with a Samsung AMOLED display. This will be the first time that a Redmi Note smartphone will use an AMOLED display. According to Lu Weibing, anyone that prefers an LCD display can opt for the Redmi Note 10 Pro.

Judging from the available information so far, the Note 11 display will support a 120Hz refresh rate. This display will also support a 360Hz touch sampling rate. This means that the Redmi Note 11 series will offer players a faster and more accurate display. Also, its response speed to games will also be quite good.  Furthermore, the punch-hole on the front of this device is also quite good. Redmi only reserved a 2.9mm aperture for the selfie shooter. This ensures that the user will not block the camera in daily use. It also gives the device a premium appearance.

In addition, Redmi Note 11 will also support 360° light sensing and a DCI-P3 wide colour gamut. This enables the Redmi Note 11 to maintain appropriate brightness and excellent colour reproduction under different lighting conditions and usage scenarios.
