Today, Samsung officially issued a statement, saying that on February 9, it will hold the Unpacked winter presentation. At this event, the company will unleash a number of much-awaited products, including the Samsung Galaxy S22 series. This means that the lineup is ready to hit the market. Also, it’s logical we will be getting tons of news these days. Today is no exception. The whistleblower @evleaks has posted high-definition renders of the Galaxy S22 series. In the photos below, you can see what appearance every model will adopt. As for the Galaxy S22 Ultra, it is similar to the Note series. In some sense, almost everything we have heard about this device is true. And we can call it the reincarnation of the Galaxy Note series.
Well, the Samsung Galaxy S22 will have three models: the vanilla Galaxy S22 standard version, Galaxy S22+ large-screen version, and Galaxy S22 Ultra variant. Among them, the first two continue the design style of the S21 series. They differ in terms of body size, screen size, and some hardware. But the Galaxy S22 Ultra looks quite astonishing. As said, it is similar to the previous Note series models and comes with an S Pen stylus slot.
What’s more interesting, the renders revealed how many color options the Samsung Galaxy S22 series handsets will offer. Say, both the Galaxy S22 and S22+ will have four colors each – pink, white, green, and black. Whereas, the S22 Ultra will be available in other four colors of wine red, white, green, and black.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Renders
Prior to this, we have got tons of leaks concerning their selling points. We know that the lineup will sport the new generation of Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processors. Also, they all will have a glass back panel.
Samsung Galaxy S22+
But as said, there will be differences basically in aspects such as screen, dimensions, battery, etc. For instance, the Galaxy S22 is expected to boast a 6.06-inch screen. On the opposite side, it will carry a 50-megapixel main camera + 10-megapixel telephoto lens +12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens combination. At the same time, the S22+ will come with a 6.55-inch screen, while the rear three-camera will include the 50-megapixel main lens, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 10-megapixel telephoto/macro lens. Its battery capacity will be 4500mAh and it will support 45W fast charging. We have talked about this and you know that this is a real improvement in comparison to the previous generation. Unfortunately, it still falls behind many rivals. Say, the Red Magic 7 that is on the road will support a 165W fast charging. And we are not talking about the Xiaomi Mi 12 Pro, which supports a 120W charging solution.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra
Anyway, the Galaxy S22 Ultra will be in the spotlight. It will use a slightly curved OLED screen. The rear-mounted camera will have a 108-megapixel main sensor (the 1/1.33-inch HM3 ultra-large bottom sensor), two 10-megapixel lenses, and a 12-megapixel sensor.
