Oppo Reno 7Z live images leaked via NCC certification website

Oppo Reno 7Z

Oppo has just unveiled the Oppo Reno7 series in India. The company launched the Oppo Reno7 Pro and the vanilla Reno 7. As usual, we expect the brand to bring even more variants to complete this lineup. For instance, the Oppo Reno 7Z is among the expected variants. And in fact, it seems to be coming soon.

Although there is no word about the launch of the Oppo Reno 7Z. Meanwhile, the device has been spotted on the NCC certification website. At the first moment, we expect the Oppo Reno 7Z to be launched in the Chinese market. After the initial release, the company will bring this device to international markets in Europe and Asia. The NCC Website reveals some of the key specifications in this handset and brings live images.

The Oppo Reno 7Z passed through the certification website with images. As the images, we’re about to see a smartphone with a triple-camera setup and a punch-hole display. The cutout lives in the top left corner of the screen. That’s a common spot for Oppo and Realme smartphones, much to the dislike of symmetry lovers. The rectangular camera island on the back house two large camera cutouts, whereas the third tiny is placed on the left side. The LED flash is also located inside the camera module.

In addition to this, the images confirm that the Oppo Reno 7Z will be available in a Black colorway. Furthermore, there will be a Soft Gold and a Gradient Blue colorway. The charging brick will come with the usual USB Type-A to Type-C cable. Oppo will launch the device with a 33W fast-charger straight out of the box. That’s a nice addition in times when companies are starting to remove the charging adapter of their smartphones’ packages. The listing also confirms 8 GB of RAM with 128 GB of Internal Storage. In terms of hardware, the listing does not confirm the processor behind this phone, but we expect something in the mid-range department.

It may an entry-level 5G smartphone. After all, previous rumors have been pointing to the simple Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 SoC. The device will bring a 4,500 mAh battery and will run Android 11 out of the box. That’s a pity to see Android 11 in this upcoming smartphone. But it may indicate an imminent release, so Oppo didn’t find time to deliver the Android 12 update to this handset.

Oppo has just unveiled its flagship series under the Oppo Find X5 and Oppo Find X5 Pro flagships. So the next months should be focused on their global release and also on the release of new mid-range contenders.
