Starlink satellite internet plans are now costlier!


Elon Musk is always in the headlines due to its innovative technologies and trending companies. SpaceX certainly figures as one of the big things in recent times bringing innovative spatial solutions and more. One of SpaceX’s arms stands with Starlink. To those unaware, Starlink is one of the recent endeavors of SpaceX and offers high-quality internet through Satellite. So far, Starlink has been able to build a solid presence as a satellite internet provider. More recently, the company even helped Ukrainians to keep up their internet connection pushing a couple of Starlink satellites to the country. More recently, Elon Musk itself has sent some guidelines to Ukrainian people on using Starlink. Well, not everything is flowers, and due to the continuous inflation, SpaceX is increasing the price of Starlink providers.

SpaceX has decided to inform users earlier today that due to the ongoing inflation, prices for Starlink packages will soon be increasing. The company has been contacting customers through e-mal channels and alerting them about the price hike. The price increase affects every aspect of the service and is going into effect in the very near future. The e-mail reads as follows:

SpaceX states that the culprit is the ongoing inflation situation. The big news will certainly generate backlash among users, however, SpaceX states that the service can be canceled if you’re not satisfied with the changes. Those returning the internet equipment will get a refund.

For now, it’s unclear if Starlink will keep this move of price hikes if the inflation continues going up in the upcoming months. In fact, the whole situation of the world is hard to determine right now.

    oh well that did not take long for essentially '90s tech under a new name…oh and that Musk thing…lol
