According to reports, the new Xiaomi 13 series will finally launch on December 1. Xiaomi is yet to disclose the launch date, but the leaks went ahead. The smartphones have been leaking a lot recently, and we expect the leaks to intensify in the next few days. Now, a new render emerged confirming a few details of the vanilla Xiaomi 13 display.

A Chinese leakster revealed a render showing a small portion of the Xiaomi 13 display. The picture confirms that the vanilla Xiaomi 13 will bring a flat screen without any kind of curve. Despite this, we can pretty much expect it to be an OLED screen. The panel also has a centered punch-hole for the selfie snappers, so no surprises here. The mid-frame has slightly angled bezels all around. We expect the frame to be made out of aluminum.

Worth noting that the phone’s front is not distant from most of Xiaomi’s releases in recent years. In fact, most Android phones look the same nowadays when we look at the display. As usual, the Xiaomi 13 biggest differences will be on the back. The phone brings a new camera design and a new design for the back. There will be multiple color options for the phone and leaked renders already confirm that. The phone was also listed by some retailers in China. So unless something happens, we are pretty sure it will indeed come on December 1.

As per the reports, the Xiaomi 13 series will launch with model number 2211133C. Under the hood, the flagship will pack the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. It will get variants with 8 GB of RAM and 12 GB of Internal Storage. Storage-wise the phone will have 256 GB or up to 512 GB. The benchmark website also confirms Android 13 straight out of the box. With the release, we may also see MIUI 14 for the first time. Xiaomi will take the opportunity to disclose the next generation of its software. Moving on, the phone will bring 67W fast-charging and a new camera.
