Redmi’s new wearable product 2023 early spring series will be unveiled at the Redmi 2023 New Year’s conference. This product includes large-screen watches, large-screen bands and colourful headphones. Today, Xiaomi officially teased the new Redmi Band 2. The device will come with a 1.47-inch large screen. The display area is 79% larger than the previous generation, and the thickness of the body at 9.99 mmIn addition, Redmi Watch 3 and Redmi Buds 4 Youth Edition will also be unveiled at the Redmi 2023 New Year’s conference.

The first generation of the Redmi band was released in 2020. It uses a 1.08-inch TFT colour display screen and has a 14-day battery life. It also supports heart rate monitoring, sleep monitoring, and sedentary reminders. The price of the first gen. band is 99 yuan ($14). From the reports so far, the Redmi Band 2 will come with better features and functions.

Redmi Smart Band Pro with a 1.47-inch AMOLED screen released

Back in October, Redmi released the Redmi Smart Band Pro with a 1.47-inch AMOLED screen. The maximum brightness of the screen of the Redmi Smart Band Pro is 450nits, and the PPI is 282. It supports automatic brightness adjustment. It also comes with 2.5D tempered glass, supports 50 meters of water resistance, and uses a silicone strap. The Redmi Smart Band Pro uses common accelerometers, gyroscopes and PPG heart rate monitors. It has more than 110 exercise methods, 15 of which are professional modes. The band also supports  SpO2 (blood oxygen) detection.

The Redmi Smart Band Pro has a 200 mAh battery, which is charged by magnetic suction. It can be used for about 14 days under normal use and about 20 days in power-saving mode. In addition, Redmi Watch 2 Lite is also released globally and it comes with a 1.55-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 320 x 360, supports GPS, and is waterproof to 50 meters. The Redmi Watch 2 Lite has a 262 mAh battery, which can last for 10 days under normal use. The device can also last for 5 days under heavy use, and 14 hours after turning on GPS.
