In terms of specs, the phone‘s dimensions are 158.0 x 76.5 x 8.2mm, and it weighs 210 grams. This compact size aligns with the previously known 6.4-inch display diagonal. The display itself will have a Full HD+ resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels, with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio – a standard Samsung feature. The TENAA document confirms the display’s support for 16 million colors, or 8-bit color depth, as anticipated. Leaks have also suggested a 120Hz refresh rate and an under-display fingerprint reader for the display.

According to rumors, the S23 FE will run by either a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 or an Exynos 2200 chipset, depending on the market. The certified TENAA device appears to have the Snapdragon chip, equipped with an octa-core CPU configuration and a peak frequency of 2.99 GHz. It will come with 8GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of onboard storage, as stated in the document.

The phone’s camera setup includes a 50MP main camera, an 8MP telephoto lens (likely offering 3x zoom), and a 12MP ultrawide lens. On the front, there will be a 10MP selfie camera. The phone will have a 4370mAh battery, most likely supporting 25W charging. It will run Android 13 with OneUI 5.1.
