At Huawei’s summer all-scenario new product launch conference on May 15, the highly anticipated Huawei MateBook 14 was officially unveiled. Core Configuration: Powerful Performance in a Thin and Light Body

The new Huawei MateBook 14 is equipped with an Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 high-performance processor, delivering a TDP of 40W in its thin and light form factor. However, only the high-end model comes with the chip. The other models come with the lower Intel® Core™ Ultra 5 processor.  This device has up to 32GB of RAM and features Huawei’s newly upgraded Super Turbo technology. The laptop also incorporates a Huawei shark fin fan, which reduces noise by 6dB even under a high load of 35W.

To ensure long-lasting usage, the Huawei MateBook 14 is equipped with a large 70Wh battery and supports up to 40W super fast reverse charging.

Display: A Flagship-Level OLED Experience

The Huawei MateBook 14 boasts a flagship-level 2.8K OLED screen that measures 14.2 inches and has a high screen-to-body ratio of 91%. Adopting a 3:2 productivity screen aspect ratio, the display offers a resolution of 2.8K, a 120Hz high refresh rate, and a maximum brightness of 450 nits. It can also reproduce 1.07 billion colours with high colour accuracy, achieving ΔE<1 in the sRGB, P3, and Adobe RGB colour gamuts.

To ensure eye comfort, the new Huawei MateBook 14 has passed the Rheinland Global Eye Protection 2.0 certification and features a hardware-level low-blue light display and 1920Hz high-frequency PWM dimming. The laptop also supports the third generation of HUAWEI M-Pencil, making it the first Huawei notebook to offer stylus pen compatibility.

The new Huawei MateBook 14 introduces a fresh and energetic wilderness green colour option in addition to its sleek and elegant design. Measuring just 14.5mm thin and weighing only 1.31kg, the laptop features a super smooth micro-arc curve and wedge-shaped design.
