Exclusive: THL Monkey King and THL W200 hands on video plus photos

THL’s new mobile phone models look better than anything else they have every produced. Here we have an exclusive hands on video of both the THL Monkey King and THL W200 phones.

We have already seen the THL Monkey King (the white phone in the video) a number of times here on GizChina. As well as boasting an all new design the Monkey King comes equipped with high-end features including a 5-inch 1080 display, 1.5Ghz quad-core MT6589T turbo processor, 2GB RAM and Android 4.2 OS. The real stand-pout feature though is the dual 13 mega-pixel cameras! That’s right both the front and rear camera are 13MP units!

The THL W200 (the black phone in the video) is new to us and a more rounded body compared to the Monkey King but has a slightly lower specification to meet a lower price point. The screen on the W200 is a 5-inch 720 unit, rear camera is 8 mega-pixel and the front is 5 mega-pixel. Like it’s big bother the THL W200 has a powerful MT6589T chipset but with just 1GB RAM.

This hands on video sent to us by Antelife shows the only two sample models of the THL W200 and THL Monkey King in existence.

Pricing for the Monkey King hasn’t been confirmed, but we have seen some sites advertising the THL W200 for around $200. We’ll have to wait for the launch for full specifications.
