HiLive have announced their HiLive Hi6 Note 3 clone will go on sale with the faster 2.0Ghz octacore MT6592 chipset.
Currently there are very few manufacturers using Mediatek’s 2.0Ghz octacore chipset, with most opting for the 1.7Ghz chipset. For those of you wanting as much power as possible from a Medaitek device it leaves you only 2 choices, either the TCL IdolX+ or this, the new HiLive Hi6 phablet.
The Hi6 is yet another Note 3 clone, but this time with inclusion of a stylus which neatly tucks away in the rear of the phone. The Hi6 is also powered by the most powerful MT6592 SoC available on the market today and get’s 2GB RAM and an option of either 16GB or 32GB memory.
Like the GooPhone N3 we reviewed last week, the HiLive Hi6 has a 5.7-inch FHD 1920 x 1080 display and 13 megapixel main camera. Other features include a 8 mega-pixel sefie approved front facing camera, gesture controls and 3000mAh battery. There is even mention of LTE support and Android 4.3 on the spec sheet, but we doubt this is accurate.
HiLive are selling the Hi6 through their own site here in China starting at 1799 Yuan, international resellers will also offer the device soon.
