LG today has announced the availability of its latest flagship smartphone - the LG V30+ in India. The phone which is a strong rival to the likes of Apple iPhone X, Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy S8 duo, Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 and OnePlus 5T will be available for pre-order on Dec. 14 with a competitively priced tag of Rs. 44,990, while it will go on sale on December 19, exclusively on Amazon Indian.
LG today didn't announce any exchange offer like it did when it announced the V20 in Indian last year, but it announced a one-time free screen replacement to buyers of LG V30+. The company also announced it will give away a wireless charger worth about Rs. 3,000 and Rs. 6,400 worth in-app purchases for the Beat Fever app until Dec. 19.
Announced along with the V30, the LG V30 is LG's flagship V series smartphone, featuring a water-resistant body and wireless charging, which match up to Samsung's Galaxy S8. The device unlike the V20 announced back in 2016 has a moveable on-screen tab in place of the secondary screen that defined the V series.
In terms of the specifications and design, the V30+ is more or less the same as the base LG V30, except that the Plus variant comes with 128GB storage compared to 64GB on the V30. Every other thing remains the same.
The device comes with a 6-inch display with same the same 18:9 aspect ratio and quad HD+ resolution of 2880x1440p as the . It is powered by Qualcomm SD 835 SoC paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage with support for storage expansion up to 2TB via microSD card.
