Acer Planning new Windows Phones for Christmas

Windows phones don't get much coverage here at Gizchina, but were going to put that right starting today with news that Acer are planning to launch a new Mango 7.5 phone in time for Christmas!

The phone is said to be a mid-range unit which will be priced at $400. The new phone called the Acer Allergro has a 3.7” LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 480x800 pixel, and will run on a 1GHz Snapdragon processor.

There will be a rear facing 5 mega-pixel camera which can also record 720p HD videos, however Acer have decided on leaving the front camera out.
