Gionee ELife E6 Officially launched in China

Gionee have really changed our opinion of this once dull brand is rapidly changing! Just check out the newly launched Gionee Elife E6!

Our sister site GizIndia.com has posted news of the Gionee Elife E6 launch which kicked off last evening at 7pm in Beijing. The Elife E6 joins the recently launched E5 with a narrow body and high-end specifications.

Gionee really have checked every box with the Elife E6, it offers a 5-inch 1080 display, 2GB RAM 1.5Ghz MT6589T Turbo chipset, 32GB memory, 5 mega-pixel wide angle front camera, 13 mega-pixel rear and a 200mAh battery from Samsung!

All of this is nicely wrapped up in a narrow 7.9mm body, which from the photos, looks rather well made!

Our only concern is the price of the phone. Gionee aren’t known to be very competitive on price when compared to smaller Chinese brands and the Elife E6 is no exception as it costs 2699 Yuan ($440) which is not much less than the Oppo Find 5 with similar hardware but Snapdragon processor!
