The sub 5-inch
JiaYu S4 flagship rears its head once again with claimed specification details along with purported image.
JiaYu current offer the JiaYu S3 as their flagship device, but at 5.5-inch there are some phone users who are holding off a purchase until something smaller is made available, something like the JiaYu S4.
The JiaYu S4 has been seen in
numerous rumours for months now, yet we are still no closer to knowing when JiaYu will finally released the phone. So far all rumours point at a phone with a 4.7-inch display, and todays new details reveal a little more of the specification.
Apparently the display will be a 5-inch 720p panel powered by the same
64bit Mediatek
MT6752 chipset found inside the JiaYu S3. 2-3GB RAM will come as standard as will
Android 5.0 Lollipop while cameras are an 8 mega-pixel front and 13 mega-pixel Sony IMX214 rear, as long as Sony’s shortages are fixed.
The specs, posted on the
JiaYu Forums, even tell us the weight of the phone, 140g and the dimensions 130 x 64 x 8.3mm which is just enough room for a 64GB SD card and 2500mAh battery.
In addition to the specs a real image of the JiaYu S4 has been posted showing a stainless steel inner structure, removable battery and dual SIM card slots.
So is this finally the genuine JiaYu S4? And if so when will we finally see the release of this smal screen flagship?
