Chinese phone maker Elephone have announced that their octacore Elephone P8 is now on sale at a very reasonable price of just $299.99! However GizChina readers get a special $30 discount!

The Elephone P8 is another 8-core Note 3 looking device with a 5.7-inch 1920 x 1080 display, 2GB RAM and 1.7Ghz MT6592 octacore processor. The phone also packs 16GB of internal memory, GPS, WIFI, dual-SIM support, 13 mega-pixel main camera and comes in either black or white.

From the specifications and photos, the Elephone P8 appears to be very similar to the GooPhone N3 which we received for review last night. If they are intact the same phone, the Elephone models is quite the bargain!
