Samsung Galaxy S2 Knock-off Now Available in China

Knock-off and cloned phones are getting as much press as their genuine counterpart these days, and for good reason too. They are quite simply AWESOME! This new Android 2.3 Samsung Galaxy S2 clone is no exception.

The Galaxy S2 knock-off is made by Chinese company HDC (2 ripoffs in one!) and is said to look identical to the real Galaxy SII apart from the rear logo.

The front of the knock-off is dominated by an impressive 4.3 inch capacitive touch screen, and although it doesn't feature the same resolution or Amoled technology as the real Galaxy S2, this clone is still capable of some impressive visuals.

Grunt work is taken care of by way of the latest MTK MT6573 CPU which is the first MTK chip to support a 3G data connection. Although the CPU is only clocked at 650 Mhz, it is still capable of some pretty impressive feats and is able to provide extremely fast download speeds over 3G.

As is to be expected with a 3G monster phone, even a clone like this one, there is a front facing camera for video calls plus a rear 8 mega-pixel unit with LED flash on the back for serious photos.
