New images have surfaced showing dummy units of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, giving us an early look at what Samsung may be planning for its next flagship. Alongside the photos, a short hands-on video of the dummy models has also appeared, offering a better sense of the phone’s shape and proportions.

Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Now Looks Like The Other Galaxy Flagships

One of the most noticeable changes is design consistency across the lineup. The Galaxy S26 Ultra is shown next to the regular Galaxy S26. For the first time, both models appear to share the same overall look. Samsung is ditching the flat and sharp design of the Note series for rounded corners. The camera module uses an oval-shaped island that houses three lenses. This suggests Samsung is aiming for a more unified design language across the Samsung Galaxy S26 series.

Additional images show the S26 Ultra dummy in different colors, including white and black. While these units lack the refined finish of a final retail device, they still provide a clear idea of the phone’s size, frame shape, and camera layout. The hands-on video reinforces this, highlighting the slim profile and familiar Ultra-style proportions.

Keep in mind that these are only dummy units. As a result, some details could still change before launch. Materials, finishes, and small design elements are typically refined closer to the release date. Still, the overall form factor presented here is likely to be close to what consumers will receive.

Some Regions Will Get the Exynos 2600

The Galaxy S26 lineup will launch in early 2026. For now, the reports remain split between a January or February launch. On the hardware side, the rumors point to the use of Samsung's Exynos 2600 chipset in select regions, including Korea. Other markets may receive models with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. As always, final specifications will depend on region and variant.

According to the leaks, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra may also benefit from a slightly larger battery backed by 60W charging. In fact, that will be the first time Samsung leaves the 45W charging behind for higher numbers.
