ICS Android tablets from
China after the jump!
This past year we have had trouble finding a half decent HoneyComb Android 3.0
tablet due to Google keeping the ROM to themselves. Cheaper tablets running the Android 3.0 ROM have appeared but they have been few and far between.
This won't be the case in
2012 for
Android 4.0 Ice-cream Sandwich tablets however, as 3 have already
launched in China, with more seemingly to appear daily!
Motorola Zoom Style Tablet Running ICS
The
10.1 inch tablet, with heavily influenced
Motorola Xoom styling, has just been
launched in
China.
Unlike some of the more flaky first attempts, Shenzhen Trust Time, seem to have put together a rather solid looking device with a good hardware specification.
Tegra2 processor, 1GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, 10.1-inch capacitive screen with 1280 x 800 resolution, front facing
camera, rear facing camera, Bluetooth, GPS, HDMI, USB, TF card slot, 3G card slot and 7000mAh battery.

Heiner’s 7-inch M7S gets
updated to Ice-cream Sandwich! Could be China’s cheapest

When released earlier this year the Heiner M7S, aka 7-inch iPhone 4 clone, had an Android 2.3 operating system with but with Android 4.0 Ice-cream Sandwich going public, this little 7-inch tablet has been lucky enough to get an early update!
