According to the latest reports from JiaYu’s factory, the flagship octacore JiaYu S2 is now ready to go in to production!
These photos show a final engineering sample of a white JiaYu S2. The device in the photos is the finalised version of the phone which according to design staff is now ready to go in to production, but that isn’t to say the factory will now starting manufacturing the next generation phone.

Although the phone itself is perfected and ready, JiaYu will now be taking its time to ensure that the supply chains for parts such as the 1080 display, octacore processor and other essentials is secure.
Also stainless steel body and chassis parts will need to be outsourced ahead of the first production run, so although it is ready don’t expect the JiaYu S2 to hit stores anytime soon.
The JiaYu S2 boasts a 139 x 67.5 x 6mm body, 5-inch FHD 1920 x 1080 display, 1.7Ghz MT6592 octacore processor and 13 mega-pixel main camera.

Hi Andy can you check some more info about the rear camera cause currently the G4T camera is a peace of crap and is filled with dust(after two weeks of using) and captures the photos in red and green and if they put the same camera in the S2 this will be a nightmare
Hey if this phone will support again only WCDMA 2100Mhz only this will be the another stupidest movement of JIAYU company, because currently I’ve tried to flash any modem from HonPhone Z9 and from TCL S950/N3 (both of them have only WCDMA 900/2100Mhz) on my JIAYU G4T and it is not working, also yes I’m repairing the IMEI and changing it on what ever and still don’t have WCDMA 900Mhz reception and yes it is marked only WCDMA 900/2100 in Band Mode in the Engineer menu and NOT WORKING !!!
Yeaaaah JIAYU have the best build …. BLA BLA, if they lack in WCDMA 900 Mhz, JIAYU can say good bye to many of their European customers which mobile carriers requieres WCDMA 900 Mhz !!!!!!
SO if JIAYU want to impress the rest of the world …. Europe (And Australia) and not only the USA and Asia, they need to create the JIAYU S2 to support WCDMA 900Mhz for SUREEEEEEE
