WCDMA compatible CoolPad AIR 9150W with 4.5" screen announced

Chinese manufacturer CoolPad seem to be on a launching spree. Right after unveiling the 5.5 inch CoolPad 7296, the manufacturer has now listed the new AIR 9150W smartphone.

The device will come with a relatively small screen measuring 4.5 inches with a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels, 1.2GHz Mediatek MT6589M quad core processor along with 1GB of RAM, 8 mega-pixel rear camera, 1 mega-pixel front-facing camera, 4GB of ROM, and a 1,700mAh removable battery. The slim profile of the phone is among the highlights of the device, measuring just 7.4mm thick with overall dimensions of 126 x 63.5 x 7.4mm. The CoolPad AIR 9150W is priced 1200 Yuan (~$197).

The device pretty clearly isn't as heavily loaded as other devices we've seen this year; not in size, nor in processing capabilities. However, there still exists a market for smartphones with smaller screens, which CoolPad seemingly want to exploit.
