At 10am today (Beijing time) the recently launch 8-core Green Orange NX will go on limited sale in China!
Green Orange announced their 8-core NX at the same time as the Zopo ZP998, and although the Zopo is available for pre-order internationally, the Green Orange phone will be the first 8-core to be available in China! But it’s not cheap!

Like it’s predecessor the Green Orange NX is manufactured to a high standard with a full alloy body and high end parts including a 13 mega-pixel Sony rear camera, 5.5-inch 1920 x 1080 display from LG, support for TD-SCDMA and WCDMA, NFC, OTG etc plus a 2900mAh battery!
Green Orange will release 10,000 NX phones for sale with prices for the 2GB RAM 32B model being set at 2699 Yuan ($443).
I think it is bit overpriced compared to Zopo, Gionee, ThL, Newman who are already having a range of phones with good software support !
They will surely find it difficult to sell the phones if they don’t reduce the price !

What´s the reason to buy a china phone? Exactly, the price!
I would say that Chinese phones are also advancing faster than phone from elsewhere. Take a look at what Chinese phones have to offer then look at Samsung or HTC, Chinese phones are looking a lot more exciting these days.
