Zopo have are asking customers about their dealings with a reseller based in
India and are recommending extreme caution when dealing with the
store.
Zopo are asking
Facebook fans to let them know about their experiences with a Zopo reseller based in
India. The Chinese
phone maker are reporting that a number of complaints have come from customers in
India who claim the store, www.zopomobiles.in, have been taking money orders from customers and refusing to make refunds or ship products.
The issue seems similar to the
UMi Mobiles India scandal from earlier this year, when a company named
Android Guruz took a number of orders from UMi fans only to
delay shipping and refuse refunds.
