Sony Xperia Z3 spotted on TENAA database

The Sony Xperia Z3 has had a surprise unveiling over on the TENAA database in China where it has received governmental approval.

From the details shown in the official documents it appears that Sony haven’t changed much of the Z2 when creating the Sony Xperia Z3, at least for the Chinese mainland version of the phone anyway.

What we have is a 5.2-inch FHD smartphone with 3GB RAM, 16GB internal memory, 20.7 mega-pixel rear camera and 2.5Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.

WE can see that 2 versions of the Z3 will be available in China one for China Mobile’s TD-SCMDA and LTE networks called the L55t and a WCDMA model named the L55u.
