Ecoo E04 with 3GB RAM launching soon

Ecoo have been in contact today telling us that they plan to update their E04 smartphone to 3GB RAM.

Ecoo started off life late last year and have released a couple of very well priced smartphones. Their latest is the Ecoo E04 which in it’s current build has an octacore 64bit MT6752 processor, 2GB RAM, fingerprint ID, LTE and 5.5-inch FHD display all for just $189.99!

If you have been looking at the device but holding off buying it then you have been rather savvy indeed as the news is an updated version of the Ecoo E04 will be released next month. This updated version will get the same specifications and price, but an upgrade in RAM from 2GB to 3GB!

We have also be told that a review phone will be sent to us in the coming weeks so watch out for the Ecoo E04 3GB RAM review.

    Yes !!! Ive been holding myself back from buying this phone cause in the back of my mind i knew they were going to release a 3gb ram version …
    Please when you do a review put an emphasis on the cameras shutter speed . show it in the video . i need fast shutter otherwise its a deal breaker for me. O love my oonplus one but its single sim and doesnt have a fingerprint scanner .

    Im gonna need reviews of that FHD display and that 16 mp Camera before i EVEN THINK ABOUT ITS PROCESSING BENCHMARK!

    yea full HD and everything but low battery phone with full hd display, is gonna be a pain to be charging it all day

        lol sorry it wasnt the battery the thing that was wrong with this phone, it was its WCDA bands only 900 and 2100

        Idk why they can just make them all the known international bands like some other brands

    Maybe the 3GB version will do away with those embarrassing black borders around the screen. How anyone can stomach that on a smartphone in 2015 is beyond me.
