LeTV are doing everything right in my mind. They have launched 3 great phones, they are selling phones without iffy marketing tactics and I have just experienced the best customer service so far.
Last week I wrote how I had had issues with the WIFI on my LeTV Le1 after the most recent stable update. I was able to later fix the problem by installing an official beta ROM, but today I received an email from LeTV head office.
In the past when we have received emails from companies in response to an article pointing out faults or problems, the email generally contains information how we ‘misunderstood” or “don’t get their marketing” but we didn’t get this from LeTV.
Instead the email asked me some questions about the condition of the phone, when it stopped working, and if I can recreate the problem on video for them so they could try and trouble shoot the issue.
I hope every other smartphone maker out there are taking notes! This is what customer service should be all about, actually trying to help the consumer, not denying problems exist.
So once again LeTV you have impressed me! Your phones are great, your marketing sound and your customer service is amazing! No wonder they sold 1 million phones in only 3 months, how long did it take OnePlus to reach the same milestone?
