Cubot Dinosaur will get Android 6.0 upgrade

Cubot Dinosaur is expected to appear on the market in the middle of this month and the technical department of Cubot has finished testing the hardware as well as software. According to our source from the company it is clear, that Dinosaur will receive the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow system instead of the previously expected Android 5.0.

One of the advantages of this step is improvement of battery standby time, which with Dinosaur’s 4150 mA capacity and the experimental data from Cubot show, that the standby time in the emergency period is up to 504 hours and talking time up to 30 hours.

Gizchina News of the week

It is obvious that Cubot has made a lot of system optimizations along also menu animation smoothing, gesture optimization etc., but still retained the native Android functionality. The official price of Cubot Dinosaur hasn´t been set yet but it is expected to be very competitive in the price/performance ratio, so stay tuned.
