Elephone S7 is getting closer and closer to the official release date in September so it’s only logical the manufacturer is trying to pump up the tires of hype a bit.
Today we have for you a video showing the shiny back of the Elephone S7 and apparently the company is convinced it’s one of the main selling points of the phone. It’s a PVC rear shell which is formed after a 15 – layer composite materials process technology. This process is divided into 15 layers of silk screen printing ink layer, multi-layer optical coatings, 3D lithography layer, OCA optical glue, AR optical antireflective layer and so on.

So let’s sum up what we know about the Elephone S7 so far. The phone should have a 5,5-inch bezel-less display, Helio X20 processor, 3 GB RAM, 32 GB of storage and fingeprint scanner on the front panel. Rear camera should have 16 Mpix resolution while the front one only 8 Mpix, both sensors yet unknown. Elephone S7 should be launched in two different hardware versions and with several color options to choose from.

Elephone is not a serious company. They make products that look good on paper, but when you buy it, it has many software bugs and you never get updates. Also, the phone will break down just in some months, so Elecrap is a waste of money. =)

I heard ONLY the P500 or something was good. I don’t know the model exactly but it was P5 or 50 or something..
What keeps me from buying ANY Chinese brand but Xiaomi and LeTV and Oneplus is their price.. They are very cheap it scares me lol
I had the ECOO E04 Plus and it sucked. The ECOO is a sub-company of Elephone and it’s the same shit…
Xiaomi, LETV, Oneplus and Meizu are good companies. But they are missing some 4G bands (B20 from Europe) and XIAOMI bootloader is locked, you need to read how to fix it, if you want to change the ROM.
I don’t think ECOO being bad means Elephone is bad right? I mean Oneplus and Oppo “I think”? Oppo did not have much sales rep as Oneplus..
I am saying all this because I heard people compaling about SD810 overheart and stuff.. But I got Nubia Z9 Max Elite and nope not at all. It does not heat or anything it just gets warm a bit but it does not lag.. So I thought maybe Ele is not that bad, but I am not ganna try it I won’t risk my PRECCCCIIIOOOUUSS money haha
Just kidding, tbh the ONLY reason I won’t want to try Elephone is because they alaways use MTK.. I had so many bad experiences with MTK devices.. Last was Redmi Note 3 also the idea if a mobile with all those specs and this cheap.. Something does not feel right..
As for me I tried from all the brands you mentioned “Xiaomi LeTV etc…” and all of them have 4G working in my country Saudi Arabia lucky me I guess :p
Elephone has no model with no problems… I like Mediatek phones, cause they are cheaper. I only had one Snapdragon phone, the UMI E-MAX Mini and it was shit. It doesn’t mean the CPU is shit, but the UMI company is…

Oh WOW. I have to say I currently own the P8000 for over a year and I am completely satisfied! I got it because of it sleek, elegant look and affordable price. Now this is amazing news! My next will definitely be the S7. No other phone can compete that shiny look. Looks are everything to me. And all those amazing specs.. I am hooked!
