Vernee about to release the sixth OTA for Vernee Thor

Vernee are really trying to do their best concerning the frequent and timely updates for their phone models and so far i guess the customers can’t complain about that. For example Vernee Thor got five updates already and the sixth is about to be released in few days. So what can we expect from this update ?

First of all the annoying problem with the special characters in Wi-Fi network names should be fixed and also the random restarts should be quashed too. APN will be updated, third party camera apps compatibility enhanced and the security during the charging period increased.

Gizchina News of the week

As a nice surprise Vernee have announced they are planning to release the kernel source code for the Apollo Lite model so we should see some custom ROMs getting done pretty soon too. Thumbs up for Vernee.

You can currently get the Vernee Thor for a pretty tempting $109.99 price for example in here.

Are you really writing an article every time this Chinese phone gets an update? Great they do something we expect of them, wow such a big deal. The only updates that really count are the ones that upgrade your current version of android with a newer version of android that is stable and bug-free.

Maybe they ‘re getting paid to upload this. I saw the same “news”, at many sites.
