The Ulefone Gemini is the latest dual camera device from the Chinese phone maker. The makers say the phone has been created from a single piece of metal and processed through CNC machining. Today, they have released a video that shows how it’s made, let’s have a look!
As we can see in the video above, the Ulefone Gemini goes through different processes on the metallic back cover, they go from the punching press, CNC cutting to the laser engraving. For the texture of the phone they used two different finish methods depending on the color variant, the grey and black version gets a grit blasting while the gold version has a brushed finish.
The CNC process also creates two hollow parts at the top and bottom of the phone in order to add the plastic antenna brands for better signal reception.
Hardware wise, the Ulefone Gemini features a 13MP main camera and 5MP secondary one for depth information, a 1.5GHz chipset, 3GB RAM, 32GB storage, 5.5-inch FHD display, and 3250mAh battery.
We’re testing a sample as you read this, and a review will be out early next week!
