Huawei launched earlier today the successor to last year’s A1 Band, that goes under the name Honor A2 Smartband and it’s surely an upgraded model with a lot of potential.
Unlike the first model that lacks a display, this new one comes with a 0,96 inch OLED display with impressive luminosity, and offers a vast selection of features such as a continuous heart monitor, a calorie counter, a pedometer that counts your steps and that can even tell when you are cycling or just running etc.
As most fitness trackers, it packs a sedentary reminder, a sleep monitor and can also provide the standard notification alerts. There is also a find-my-phone feature for those moments when you can’t remember where you dropped your device.
The Honor A2 smartband is compatible with Android 4.4/iOS 8.0 and up devices, it connects with our phones via Bluetooth 4.2 technology, offers IP67 certification and packs a 95mAh battery that should offer up to 9-days of battery life.
It will be available in various colors (black, red, white, yellow) and it will go for sale on Vmall June 9 with a price tag of 30$.
