New Oreo based OxygenOS beta arriving for OnePlus 3 and 3T

OnePlus is determined to show its compromise in keeping their phones running the latest of Google’s OS. Based on this premise the Chinese company is releasing an Open Beta of the newest Oreo based OxygenOS for both Oneplus 3 and 3T.

The newest updates, namely beta 25 for OnePlus 3 and beta 16 for OnePlus 3T, bring all the features included in latest Android 8.0 release. You’ll find the newest Autofill API, the Notifications Channels, the picture-in-picture mode and more.

The beta also arrives to address some issues, like the stability issues with NFC and Bluetooth, the slower Fingerprint response and the absence of of Google Photos shortcut.

If you’re willing to try the newest software update, just check the link for OnePlus 3 or 3T and grab the 1,49GB update. As this is a beta release, you should be aware of possible stability issues or bugs. You can find more details in the update thread at OnePlus forum.
