HMD Global is slowly covering every price bracket possible. With the launch of Nokia 7, the company has a reliable smartphone in the $400 price barrier, and now, the company is will be launching their most affordable device to date, the Nokia 2, in the US.
A listing at retailer B&H has sort of confirmed its impending arrival in the US market. The listing is for a Nokia 2 TA-1035 variant in Black and White color models. The pricing is revealed to be $99 for the Dual-SIM model in the US. That’s pretty cheap for a smartphone, even if it’s a low-end device.
The Nokia 2 is expected to feature a 4.5-inch HD display and could run on the entry-level Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 chipset along with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage. Powering everything is a massive 4000mAh battery, which should give it fantastic battery life.
